Way-Finding System

A new way to easily navigate CCAC's Allegheny Campus West Hall building. With quick access to locate classrooms, elevators, restrooms, and floor levels it will be hard to get lost in the building. The signs hanging above each cooridor is helpful to students who are unsure of which set of classrooms are becuase of the new labeling. Since West Hall has a spiraled design it is easy to get confused, so labeling where everything is at is important. The wall colors have changed from bright orange to more of a muted nuetral beige color to help accent the student artwork hung throughout the building since it is the building dedicated to the arts. On each level there is a directory helping to guide people and assure them that they are where they need to be. After stepping off of the elevator there is a sign indicating which floor it is, along with arrows on the wall directing towards the restrooms.
